Teresa A. Dowd, Trustee Emeritus, is now retired and living with her husband, Joe, in Maine. Teresa was one of the founders of The Homeless Families Foundation. She is a graduate of Boston State Teachers’ College. Teresa has received the Jefferson Award for Public Service; Columbus YWCA Women of Achievement Award; Junior League of Columbus Community Service Award, and others too numerous to list.
