Amy is an HR professional having spent most of her career as a strategic partner to the business for both service and retail organizations. In her current role as Safelite, she focuses on driving results through linking human resource practices to drive business strategies. The best part of her job is getting to partner with leaders on their talent agenda, solving challenging business problems, and seeing the impact of her work through others. Amy is a graduate of The Ohio State University and now resides in Lewis Center with her husband and three kids.
