$100 removes obstacles for one week keeping a family moving to work and employment training. This includes such things aa bus passes, gas cards, car repairs, car insurance, and childcare.
$250 provides a “Baby Basket” for each family when they bring home their newborn. Items in a baby basket include such things as onesies, socks, a thermometer, blankets, wipes, washcloths, diapers, lotions, teething rings, bottles and a toy.
$382 allows for a family’s utilities to be paid for a month including the fees associated with a disconnected status.
$750 provides a complete “Move-In Kit” for a family on their first day in their new home. The kits include such things as plates, bowls, pans, silverware, measuring cups, ice cube trays, kitchen towels, a trash can, a mop and broom, a shower curtain, a plunger, hangars, sheets and blankets.
$1,150 will pay for one month rent preventing eviction for a family.
$3,800 will provide enough financial support for one family to remain in their home and stable for an entire year.
Other amounts are also very helpful and will be used where the need is greatest.
