In Central Ohio, Home for Families aims to be the transformational force that helps families and youth avoid the trauma of homelessness. In 2023 alone, Home for Families has helped nearly 1,000 families avoid eviction, lengthy shelter stays, and literal homelessness, by securing affordable and stable housing. Due to our efforts, HFF has become the largest non-shelter provider of family housing options in Franklin County.

Please consider a donation to support the following:

$100 donation: essential bathroom supplies.

$250 donation: provides one “Baby Basket” for each family that brings home a newborn. Kits include a full laundry basket of onesies, socks, a thermometer, blankets, wipes, washcloths, diapers, lotions, teething rings, bottles and a toy. Baskets often accompany a Pack-n-Play for each newborn.

$500 donation: helps equip families with any (missing) essential home furnishings such as beds, appliances and dressers.

$750 donation: provides one family a “Move-In Kit” full of essentials on their first day in their new home. Kits include plates, bowls, pans, silverware, measuring cups, ice cube trays, kitchen towels, trashcan, mop/broom, shower curtain, plunger, hangars, sheets and blankets.

$1500 donation: Fills A Home!

Other monetary donation amounts: will be applied where the need is the greatest.
